"First of all, I really liked Gulhi as an island choice because going to an island with only a resort on it and people to serve you feels weird to me-- and Gulhi, although very small, has nearly 1000 people on it. This is right on the water with a nice view just steps from the sand. The staff is really even better than the view!! The communication before you arrive is excellent-- and the staff there? Theeeee best!! As far as going to the Maldives and staying right on the water by a beautiful beach (two of the nearby islands actually boat over to the beach at Gulhi because it's gorgeous) you're not going to do better than this or more affordably."

Her colleague Oshan also deserves praise for the room service and housekeeping that were exceptional, and the Wi-Fi network was excellent. We appreciated the water bottles provided to us regularly. The staff truly deserve a 10 out of 10 for their outstanding service to the customers. the delicious and varied breakfast should also be remarkable The hotel offers a beautiful sea view and is just a one-minute walk to the bikini beach, which has free access, available shade, and lounge chairs. We highly recommend Beach Stone for a perfect getaway!"

"I would say this is the best property on the island Because the position is the best, Next To bikini beach. However, the island in general is one big building site. There is also quite a bit of trash around, lots of plastic thrown here and there so the island itself was disappointing to me. It is not the paradise I had imagined. The water however is absolutely gorgeous and as far as the hotel is concerned you could not be in a better position."

"I don't have any complaints about the hotel itself but the island has too much building going on. A lot of concrete everywhere. If you are looking for a tropical paradise then you may be disappointed. The islanders need to do something about the plastic trash everywhere."

Overall, our stay at Beach Stone was amazing. The only minor suggestion I have is to expand the breakfast options for more variety. ""The best hotel on gulhi Island. I booked a sea-view room. It's less than a minute's walk from the beach. They have free chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Room cleaning is done daily. Free drinking water is provided. They have a hotel-exclusive restaurant near the hotel with good breakfast. Most importantly, the best reception and staff I’ve encountered in the Maldives.
