"A different and more authentic way to discover the Maldives, Cocomo provides a more accessible option in a closed by atoll to Male. Takes only 15-20 minutes to reach from Male airport and have a lovely bikini beach (with limited sun beds but very comfy). The staff are absolutely flawless and ready to help you above and beyond! They also have a lot of tours available to book. Food is average but you always have different option (we stayed 5 nights and had different things all the time). They also have à la carte menu for a bit of a change. All the local restaurant we have been were very nice as well. The room is cozy but small. Perfect for what you need, since we personally stayed all day out anyway. In front of the hotel outside there is a cozy area with hammocks and tables where you could get served if you like and we loved it! Next door they do live music on the weekends and it was soooo nice! We will defo go back!"

"We had an amazing stay at Rangali Hotel in Thoddoo. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. They provide free bicycles, which is a great way to explore the island, and free snorkeling equipment, so enjoying the sea was super easy and fun. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely choose this hotel again."

The room was clean, cozy, and everything felt easy and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Maafushi!"

"This hotel was a treat and a truly fantastic place to stay. First they met us at the jetty and took our bags to the property (very short walk maybe 2 minutes). Then we were checked in as soon as we arrived. The room is spacious and comes with a small outdoor area. The A/C and fan work very well and the bed is comfy. There is also a small fridge in the room. The shower is very good, spacious and hot water. It makes cleaning up from the beach a breeze. The hosts are top notch and they go out of their way to make your stay great. Breakfast is delicious and served at your choice of time every morning included with the room rate. One day we had to leave before breakfast started for an excursion and did not arrive back to the hotel until 11am. They still cooked us breakfast. Then, on the final day our ferry left at 6:30am well before breakfast normally started but the woke up and served us at 6:00am. They also carried our bags from the hotel back to the jetty. This place is the best!!!!"

"For a small Local island VIBE this is the place. Beautiful local island in one of the best areas of South Ari Atoll, Maldives The host Haris at Dhonthakuru Guesthouse is very helpful and will arrange excursions to local dive and snorkeling sites. Great value for the money."
