"The staff at reception was friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was clean and comfortable, all the necessary crockery and utensils should you wish to make a nice meal. Love the addition of a washing machine. The location is great, many restaurants and some supermarkets to access within a short distance. Very safe as well."

"There was a full kitchen that came with pots/pans, plates/bowls/utensils, electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, and fridge/freezer. It also had a washer in the room and a drying rack. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower. There is an AC unit in the bedroom, but we did not use it because Windhoek was not very hot."

"The property is very clean. A lot of privacy and very secure. The rooms are cleaned everyday! I stayed for 8 days and the property was consistent with their cleanliness"
"The workers were very polite! Not nosy. You feel at home! It’s quiet! My room had a balcony and I could open it for fresh air! The breakfast is minimal but helped me with my keto diet because there was no oily stuff!! I recommend hillside! It’s in a very wonderful location! Never got to meet the owners to say thanks in person! I hope to meet them next time I travel"
