"Our hosts were so friendly and nice, we felt right at home. It felt like staying with family. This will be my go to everytime I'm in Windhoek. The place is equipped for self catering, there's also an air fryer that I love."

"Totally met my expectations, the facility is well taken care of and exceptionally clean. The accommodation is right next to a small shopping mall with few restaurants around and one downstairs which makes it very convenient. I loved everything about this facility and will most definitely use again and recommend to family and friends."

"We only stayed one night, but would have loved to have spent a couple of nights. The staff were very nice and helpful. The waterhole beneath the main lodge was great as well and we couldn't believe how cool it was to watch the rhinos in the evening with a cocktail in hand. Even better so, it was incredible watching them from our car-mounted tent as they woke us up in the morning. From a safe distance, behind a brush so we didn't at all feel in danger, which is an experience I don't expect you can find anywhere else in the world. The huts that come with your camping spot are great as well - they give you the flexibility to camp and stick to what you know, without extending your budget for a whole room, however the plots come with a private toilet, power (solar), a warm shower, place to sit in the shade and nice bbq; much better than anywhere else we camped!"

"What a hidden gem that needs more recognition. Behind the gate is a beautiful camping site. Monica is a wonderful friendly kind and respectful lady who was incredibly helpful and a great hostess. Made us feel special and welcome. She had good knowledge of the area and roads which to use and to avoid etc. Loved chatting with her and learning from her. We had the whole camp site to ourselves. The place was meticulously clean, including the bathrooms. Monica was at work the next morning raking and cleaning the area that was already clean with such pride. Really value her work ethic. We had a great one nights camp but wished we had stayed longer. The road has potential for noise but settles down and is silent from about 21:00. It didn't put us off our stay. No WiFi but local MTC signal. There is a fridge and power usage for an extra fee."
