"a few maintenance items - toilet seat lost screw, safe wouldn't unlock, tap loose. Annoying recessed power points! Our adapter wouldn't fit, but an Australian pattern outlet was provided. Very very slippery tiles in the shower. Shampoo provided but liquid soap dispenser missing."

"There is wifi available but they limit it. Once it runs out you have to wait for it to renew. It was not nearly enough. I think I sent a couple of messages back and forth with family, and posted one story on social media and then it was gone. Not really an issue, but the hotel could use a bit of an upgrade. The rooms were a bit spartan, and the lock for the bathroom was faulty. A friend got herself locked in it, and we had to get the front desk to come get her out."

"I chose to be accommodated in the budget rooms. Only 2 things that I think needs improvement on: 1. Add a few English channels to the TV Channel List 2. Have another little bin in the room itself, just one provided in the bathroom is alright but not too okay for food rubbish or so."

"amazing location right on the beach front, staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful ! Spoke decent amount of english, our room was the seaview on level 5 and it had a gorgeous view of the beach, palm trees and sunset."

"The studio appartment was exactly what we needed as a family. We didn’t need a room too big as it was mostly a place to rest, but was very comfortable. The room had a long desk attached to the wall, which made it practical for my wife to do her online studies. Another thing I liked was that they had a small sink to wash your cups and cuttlery, a bigger bar fridge than the ones found in the more expensive rooms and a big shelf made out of wooden cubes, making it easy for you to store your luggage or shopping. The bathroom was simple, clean and had one toilet, shower and sink. The hotel is also close to the beach of Anse Vata and surrounding restaurants, making it an excellent location for those not familiar with the area."

"I wouldn’t say this is something I dislike but used to in New Caledonia, but don’t expect the same service you’d receive in prime touristic locations. When you request something such as a toilet brush from the reception, you will need to pick it up yourself. Otherwise, I found the staff very pleasant and helpful whenever they could assist."

"The hotel has the best location, in the center of Noumea, just a little walk from amazing beaches, where you can snorkel. Our room was big, could fit 10 people in it and the view was amazing. The room was well cleaned, it looks a little old but I think it's just the design."
