"We were met at the airport with the hire care (arranged directly with the owner) and taken to the house which is so much better than it looks in the photos!Spacious and spotlessly clean! Oven looked like it had never been used and a well appointed kitchen with enough dishwasher tablets and cleaning products for entire stay. Very comfy beds, pillows, lovely linens and towels, including beach towels, a picnic chiller set and some snorkelling gear! Walking distance to Cockpit falls and the cargo pier!"
"A can of spray oil in the pantry would be very useful, especially as there is a BBQ. But really it is a fantastic home stay with nothing to fault. I have already looked at rebooking for Christmas but it is already booked!"
"It was a great location that suited our party of 5 adults. The two lounge rooms suited all our different viewing options. We also got a lot of use of the large kitchen as we did a lot of self catering.The house was only 5 minutes from the heart of town and all the tourist attractions. We had hired 2 cars witch gave us great access to meet all our travel needs."

"Pick up from the airport was wonderful, as we received a mini tour on the way to our accommodation and felt immediately at home. The rooms are spacious and have all of the facilities required to live comfortably for a week away from home. Based in town, the cottage's location makes it easy to walk into town for a meal, coffee or shopping (the RSL is right next door, and the brewery is across the road). Tours picked up and dropped off, from the front of the property. Cadel's Cottage is a great place to stay, in an excellent location to work as a base to explore Norfolk Island."

"The house is very well appointed and has everything we needed from Lego to keep the kids entertained, to Tupperware for taking snacks with us on our outings. We loved exploring the garden and fruit trees and sitting outside watching the chooks. There is ample space for large families."
"King Tide House is in a fantastic location with all round views of both the ocean and countryside. The beds and living areas are very comfortable. The kitchen is well set up for self catering. With decks on both sides of the house we were able to find either sun or shade all day, depending on our preference. Contact with Wayne and others at Norfolk Island Holiday Homes was quick and easy. The area is quite remote from other properties and as such is very quiet and relaxing. Some people mention noise from the Shearwaters, but we found their soft calls (they are also called Ghost Birds) to be lovely to listen to and not at all disturbing. We would stay here again."
