"There were some insects in the bathroom but it was understandable given the location."
"Had a really good stay in the dorm, which has 4 beds , it’s clean and comfortable with personal fan bych each bed. Shared bathroom and shower was very clean so was the whole hostel. Kitchen is well equipped and you can refill your water there. The location is right where the bus stops, a few minutes walk to the beach, nice and quiet at night. You can buy some drinks like juice and beer for very good prices there and there’s a couple of shops very close to the place. Patrick , who is the owner is kind and very hospitable, we shared good chats and I can only recommend this place for a really nice stay in Penitas."

"5 minutes from the beach. Tucked away and very quiet at night . Unlike the beach front hostels where the music plays all night and sleep is impossible."

"We were there as a couple and stayed in one of the private cabañas. We really enjoyed our stay, despite the heat we slept pretty well. The bed is confortable and has a nice mosquito net. We felt welcomed and appreciated the chilled family vibe of the place, it is also quiet and the internet works well if you need to do a bit of work. The kitchen is also well equipped if you like to cook. You do need to walk a bit to go to the beach but you can also rent bikes :) If you have a mean of transportation (we had a moto), it is also super easy to go explore and spend the day in Leon !"

"It was super quiet at night time,booked the small double room but it was comfy and had a mosquito net, wasn’t too hot at night time with the fans, nice hammocks and chill area, also the shower was good! Bus drops you off right outside and you can get it back from there too."
