"Very nice owner and nice staff. And the owner has a good understanding of Vipassana meditation. The facility might not be 100% perfect but the atmosphere here is really peaceful."

"Nice and gentle people and comparatively clean rooms. The double room is placed at the back side of the building so if you want a quiet room this is the option. The rooms have great value for what you pay. If you are going to Pokhara or Chitwan, the tourist bus stand from where VIP & Delux buses start... is only 5 minutes walk from the hostel."

"The only trouble might be that there is no sign for the hostel and it's extremely difficult to find out where it is by yourself. If you get lost just call them and they are kind enough to lead you to the hostel. Anyway they are going to set up a sign in the near future."

"- great communication with the owner (himself and his father - amazing people) - top notch hospitality and eagerness to help from the owners who also run travel agency and so are really knowledgeable about logistics of treks (we did ours independently with their help regarding buses and permits) - excellent location close to top Kathmandu attractions and trekking equipment area - hot water in the shower - great value for money"

"Does what it says on the tin! Perfect for long & short stays in thamel, super good location & you can leave luggage there if you are planning on doing trekking or visiting other places in Nepal. Has kitchen facilities, free drinking water & rooms & bathrooms are kept clean. Perfect place to stay if you are travelling on a budget as well & aren’t fussed about materialistic luxuries! Very good roof views as well & the staff are lovely. They can also help you book trekking etc"

"Its location is amazing, don’t have to cross the busy road and right in thamel. The facilities were good the shower was nice and warm and clean. The room was clean and had an amazing view! Amazing value for money and the hosts were incredible could not have been more helpful, feeling very grateful. I would definitely stay here again"
