"Excellent stay in Rotorua - One of the best in NZ! We stayed at Avero for 4 nights, and after visiting many places during our trip across New Zealand, I can confidently say this was one of the absolute best. The place is simply perfect: everything is brand new, spotless, and very well organized. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Beyond the facilities, Sarah is a wonderful host. She was so helpful and assisted us in perfectly planning our days in Rotorua her local insights were invaluable. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved the place. It was spotless, stylish, and felt a little luxe thanks to the various finishes and touches, including the beautiful wooden soaker tub and compact kitchen. The bed was top-notch! I often have trouble sleeping thanks to a car accident a couple years ago, but I slept perfectly on this bed. The owners told us it’s actually a chiropractic bed. Nice linens too. The hotel is easy to get to, and one block off of the main street, which likely helped in making it very quiet and peaceful. We completely recommend this place with no hesitation!"
