We visited two and were very happy with the quality of the food and service. Close to Arrowtown with on-demand shuttles. Also had shuttles to Queenstown. Loved having a french press with freshly ground coffee in-room."

"I found a certain amount of lack of attention to detail in the room. For example, one of the soap dispensers in the shower was empty, and the remote control on the fire was set at the wrong time, and I could not turn it on. I also thought the mini-bar prices were rather high. At 8am there was a noisy chainsaw running just outside our building, which was rather disturbing."
