"For us it was a great place to stay: It is very close to the bus terminal and we could drop off our bags at 7 in the morning and also store them while we did a multi-day hiking trip (for a small fee). They also arranged checkout for us at 4 in the morning with no problems. In general the staff was very welcoming and helped us with everything. The room had a decent size and was in good condition."
"It would not be the place in which I would stay for multiple days in Arequipa, because it takes quite a bit to reach the city center. Further the cleanliness of the room was fine but could be a bit better (especially bathroom)."
"The property is a short taxi ride from the bus terminal . We arrived at 1am without a booking following an unexpected change of travel plans due to bus disruption. The owner was lovely and welcoming .we were unexpectedly providing tea and coffee and cheese roll to our room which was twin with own en-suite in the morning . It was great value for money $ 19 USA dollars plus $3 tax . Well worth the comfy clean bed and warm welcome."

"It was really nice stay with great staff that helped us with everything! We could leave our luggage there when we went for colca canyon and took shower after we came back - thank you for that! It is super close to bus station so it was plus after the night bus and we could check in straight in the morning at 6"

"The hotel is located right next to the bus station. We arrived early in the morning (5 am) and they let us in without any problem. They also stored our luggage when we were out in Colca Canyon (5 soles per day)."
"There's hot water but you need to let the receptionist know, so they turn it on. It's an old hotel and so it's not entirely clean, etc., but for such a price it's still a great option!"

"La Cabaña de Huerta Mar es un ambiente acogedor que brinda calidez y calma. Los anfitriones son personas muy amables y atentas a cualquier necesidad. Cuentan con una huerta adorable y unos acompañantes de cuatro patas cariñosos. Los techos elevados de la casa hacen que se mantenga el ambiente lo suficientemente fresco a comparación de la sensación térmica que se percibe al exterior.
