"Was fun being right on the water and seeing the sea life in the day and at night. Olive is a helpful and lovely host. She even made us an appetizer and brought us fruit and veggies. Her little dog is very sweet and would sit with us on the deck."

"Good location on the beach, secure parking, easy to find. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Owner left a bottle of water, crackers, and a pound of butter in the fridge which was very kind. Well stocked kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Washing machine and a drying rack. Snorkels and extra towels."

"I did not look closely at the photos (and the property lacks a description), but the downstairs is open-air without windows or screens (when we arrived, the owner asked if we had seen the photos before we stepped inside.) Shower and small toilet room off the kitchen. You wash your hands at the kitchen sink. Kitchen counter and bar with barstools. Steep outdoor staircase without a handrail. Motion light does not come on until you are halfway up the stairs, which was problematic at night. The owner’s dog pooped on the stairs while we were out to dinner. My husband did not see the mess in the dark and stepped in it going upstairs. Luckily we figured it out before tracking it into the bedroom. The owner came over right away to clean up the mess on the stairs when we called. I was dismayed to discover there is no hairdryer and had to go to bed with long, wet hair. Unable to use the sun loungers and dining table, if the owner has her side of the sliding gate locked."

"It is just right on the water which is so cool. Sting rays, sharks are swimming by, reef fish too. There is a kayak available and a sup. While sleeping you will hear the water gently splashing at the shore. Magic."

"This is the perfect place to stay for a quiet and beautiful time in Moorea. Olive is such a friendly host and makes sure you have a wonderful and comfortable experience. The views of the bay and the wildlife directly from the balcony are incredible. We saw sharks, rays, turtles and all sorts of fish directly from our room and kayaked with dolphins straight from our door. One of the most amazing places we have stayed."

"We loved the direct access to the water, it was absolutely amazing. Having air conditioning made the stay really comfortable. The upstairs deck off the bedroom was perfect for relaxing at night, watching the ocean, and spotting wildlife. The marine life right outside was incredible we saw stingrays, sharks, lots of fish, and even some turtles. Puma the dog was such a highlight and we loved him. The owner was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and made us feel at home. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we needed. We also appreciated having access to kayaks and a stand-up paddleboard, even though we didn’t end up using them. Snorkeling opportunities were fantastic and we’d highly recommend bringing your own snorkel and flippers to explore the reef. The views were stunning, truly breathtaking and unforgettable. Oh and off street parking was also really great."

"Great location in best part of the island. Just by the bay and close o to the best public beach on the island. Close to the most island attractions and landmarks. Room itself is a time attached house with ground floor where is full equipped kitchen and walk in shower. Direct access to the water. Distance to the water is 0 meters. Sea is almost in the house, lovely. Great option to overpriced overwater bungalows. Upper floor is comfortable bedroom with the Air Conditioner and balcony. Unlimited reasonable fast and stable wifi is available for free in all apartment. Parking is private and covered with direct access to the kitchen area. Small boat (Kayak) is available for free and anytime as part of the deal. The best supermarket is located like 10 mins by car in the next bay area. For a price probably one of the best deals on the island."

"Olivette was very kind and helpful during the time I was there. The space is right by the water. I would sit and enjoy my coffee while seeing a pod of dolphins cruising by. It is also a convenient location from both east and west ends of the Island, as there are interesting places to visit in both areas. The space has all you would need for your stay while keeping a unique Island vibe"

"Petite parenthèse les pieds dans l'eau, le logement n'est pas très grand mais l'ouverture sur l'extérieur en fait un petit cocon! Hôtes adorables, qui nous ont prêté paddle et kayak pour se balader dans la baie. Rien à redire 😊"
