"The hostess Anita was an absolute star. She couldn't have been more helpful, with local insight & helping me get around. Like the aunty every solo traveller could do with. Pretty much had the whole place to myself & great location for getting a local taste of Tahiti."

"This was a pleasant and clean accommodation. More like a homestay. It's near the airport but you can't walk there. It's up a hill. You will have to take a taxi. The town center is a car ride away. The public bus is quite a walk away from the accommodation. We were lucky enough to hitch a ride to town on one occasion. The owner was kind enough to give us a lift to the airport very early in the morning. The breakfast is basic Continental."

"Notre hôtesse est très accueillante et la chambre propre, spacieuse et confortable."

"L'emplacement est loin de tout et nécessaire impérativement une location de voiture ou un taxi pour les déplacements. Il y a plusieurs chiens et ils ont aboyé une grande partie de la nuit."

"Situé non loin de l'aéroport, on dispose d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain personnelles, avec un salon cuisine en commun avec les autres occupants éventuels. Annita se donne beaucoup de mal pour mettre une note Tahitienne dans la déco et dans le linge de lit, et son petit déjeuner est super: fruit frais, thé ou café, jus de fruit, pain frais, beurre et moults confitures! Merci Annita!"

"We stayed one night in an OWB for the special, unique experience. The bungalow, property and friendly and accommodating staff exceeded our expectations. It being the low season it probably helped to get an early check in right after check out from the hotel we came from. Also they, without us even asking, allowed us to stay until they took us to the airport for our mid-afternoon flight. The owner even came to our table at dinner and checked in with us on how we liked our stay. The cost is a lot, but in line with, or a better value than other places. And for a treat this stay was perfectly wonderful!"

"I had a super wonderful five night stay here. The apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Nice Wi-Fi and a strong AC. 20 minutes walk to the town center. Snorkeling is about 5 minutes walk to the left. The host picked me up from the ferry port and dropped me off at the ferry port, which was very convenient and kind of her. She sent a bucket every morning to your patio. That is very sweet. I highly highly recommend this place."
