"the front office staff were friendly and helpful, the house keeping attendents were also friendly and helpful, the Cafe' 411 staff were also friendly and helpful - great customer service and the food was delicious. my wife and i enjoyed our stay and our kids also loved the place and our stay. we are planning to do more long weekend stays on our next visits to Lae."

"Liked · A nice hotel in a good location. Especially the staff (greetings to Joseph, Simon, Sonic, Peter and the rest) are nice and helpful. The restaurant serves European food with an Australian theme, so very fatty, for that it has a great view of the bay. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel itself is gated with security. he continental style breakfast was surprisingly good, and there was plenty of choice"

"It was just a very nice stay with very helpful people around us. I had 2 x very elderly people, and they helped us all the time. the food was great for them as well, and having lifts in the place was a big help"
