"The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and modern. From my window on the 8th floor, I enjoyed a great view of the city. The reception staff were kind and helpful when I asked for local information. I especially appreciated the security guard who kindly escorted me to the local craft market, allowing me to do some last-minute shopping safely. The breakfast buffet was also fabulous, it was a great way to start the day!"
When I checked in and entered my room, there was no electricity at all. I called the front desk, and they said they would send a technician, but no one arrived even after 30 minutes. I called again, and this time I was told, “Let us have a look,” yet nothing happened. On my third call, I had to insist on going down to the lobby to request a different room. Overall, I found the staff's problem-solving approach to be slow and ineffective. The airport shuttle was delayed for some reason and left 15-20minutes later than scheduled.
