"Already my second stay there, that says it all! Excellent breakfast, friendly staff at the reception and the breakfast buffet. The rooms are small and offer minimalistic interior, but I like this Scandinavian design and everything was clean. Even though out from the city center, there is easy access by metro."

"We liked everything about Toppstugan! It was in a perfect location - right next to the lake and woods with many walking trails. We went swimming everyday. The terns, swallows, swifts, ducks and swans were all good company. It was tranquil - a place to rest and recharge. The sunsets over the lake were breathtaking. The hosts were exceptional-very friendly, kind and helpful. We miss it!"

"Åägens itself was not available so I cannot tell anything about it. We was standing in front of the property and had to phone to the owner, who informed us that there were problems with heat. So we went back into the town where he had another house for rent. However this arranged us very good because we were going to the “Meddelalterfesten” in Söderköping and we could go by feet. This house belongs to the kommun, municipality, and was quite okay. There were 7-8 rooms, 3 toilets and 2 showers. Breakfast room was small but nice."

"Our stay at Ulvsby Ranch was very pleasant. We went there with the family for a short getaway during Easter holidays. It was perfect to sleep in the countryside, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. Karlstad is just 15 min away by car which made it very easy for us to explore the city. Good facilities in the cabin: well-equipped kitchen, nice and comfy beds, clean toilets and shower room, everything you need! We enjoyed making tacos for dinner and a relaxing evening before going to bed. Our host Carina was very helpful and communication was easy. Thanks so much! We totally recommend staying at Ulvsby Ranch :)"

"An amazing place, close to the beach, peaceful forest. The owner is very nice. A quiet environment for relaxation and calming the mind. It's just a shame we weren't here for longer. Hopefully we'll be back again."

"My wife and I have stayed here many times in the past under the previous owners. Due to covid and illness, this was our first occasion under the new ownership. Everything as expected, friendly, helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast and freedom to come and go as we pleased during the day. BBC channel on TV enabled the general election drama to be watched as it happened!"

"A beautiful house 10 minutes from Rättvik, the attention was excellent, the house is fully equipped with everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathrooms, the cleanliness is 10/10, the internet reception is excellent too, an special thanks to Adde who is such a wonderful person, I leave the place with only good vibes!!!!"
