"Staff at the counter weren’t quite friendly. They spoke to me in a rather dull tiresome tone, but switched up when an expatriate walked into the room. Greeted them kindly. Maybe because I looked very young, I didn’t deserve the same treatment?"

"Extremely good location for me and airport pickup was very convenient noting the security situation in the country. Almost any facility I need was available. Good restaurants and good entertainment for night life."

"The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding."

"Location is great. Easy to get to the airport and on to other destinations. The bar and restaurant facilities are really good with heaps of options. The staff (In particular Michelle at front desk and Kelvin driving the transfer bus) were very professional, helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after during the three stays at the hotel I did a couple of weeks ago."

"Booking online and paying on physical site using online booking reference is not treated fairly well.Eg a deluxe room booked for online however on physical checking in you are given a standard room..Totally misleading..I think and paying for a.complementary breakfast..."

"The apartment did not look like the photos- some of the things like couch bed for eg, was not in the apartment. The door did not lock securely. It was very noisy - a lot of drunk guests screaming loudly obscene words on the corridor, and there was no good lighting outside the rooms. Some of us with vision impairment found it quite challenging to navigate around."
