"First to start with the location, its in the center of zahle and close to everything; mini markets, restarurants, pubs, and all types of shops. Also close to the popular berdawni area. All are within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel management and staff were super nice and friendly. The value for the price paid was excellent."

"Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. While the property itself is stunning and peaceful, it was the exceptional service that made our visit truly memorable. The General Manager Muhammed was consistently available, incredibly accommodating, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It is rare to find leadership so hands-on and dedicated to the guest experience. Every request was met with kindness, and their presence added a personal touch that you don't often find in luxury boutique hotels. If you are looking for a place where you are treated with authentic hospitality and care, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. A sincere thank you to the management and the entire team for such a pleasant stay!"

"Absolutely loved this hotel !! If there was a rating beyond 5 stars, would have definitely given 5+ stars. The location was just perfect, just 2 mins walk from Kamala beach. The hotel staff was just so courteous, hospitality is exceptionally great. They make you feel at home. I forgot some stuff in the hotel room, the staff was just so kind and helpful, they mailed my package all the way to USA! The suite was amazing - luxurious, with ocean view and a relaxing plunge pool. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, enjoyed the spread. Overall perfect in all aspects, excellent stay, recommended to all my friends."

"Berndt the owner is an amazing good hearted and very helpful in helping all the visitors to books buses and trips and Rinalda is an amazing woman serving a great breakfast with love. Rooms and toilets super clean and super safe place .there s a biliardo and a small shop outside and a fully equiped kitchen where we did amazing barbecue with the other guests and we had lots of fun! It s very well centrally located with a breath taking terrace view and birds singing in the morning.ideal for my yoga too"

"Everything is perfect We came there for enjoying the Christmas eve and the top perfect it's snowing time, we were so exciting and happy with the view and timing. All about the hotel are exceptional.. staff, food, view, room Just perfect moment and time"

"Mo provided fantastic hospitality. Very helpful and genuinely welcoming. The hourly rate concept is honestly brilliant, especially for travelers in transit who just need a comfortable place to recharge. Convenient, practical, and run by great people. The paperwork process is a little much so maybe upgrade that. Otherwise, perfect!"

"Great location - easy parking. Rooms were simple yet clean. Great water pressure and hot water. Heaters in the room. Friendly staff and good breakfast(homemade yoghurt, fruit compote, baked goodies. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and well priced"

The guy at check out seemed frustrated with my questions about how to get my passport stamped. I speak French so it wasn’t the language barrier. I did figure it out tho!

"Hotel France is very clean, safe, quiet, and friendly. It is easy to walk to everything. I was awakened every morning by the aroma of fresh warm pastries! I would definitely stay here again!! I posted pictures of how to easily get to Hotel France from train station. Go to platform C and walk all the way to the end, turn LEFT and walk all the way to the end of the tunnel. You will enter a small court yard, walk a little to the right and look for a small set of stairs next to the cafe. Go down the stairs and turn to the left, Hotel France is right there. Google directions are confusing. (my pictures loaded in reverse order)"

"Pros: Location is great for A - Nice to wake up and see the mountain tops through your skylight Breakfast - Lovely breakfast buffet. Good variety of Norwegian ®ular breakfast staples Staff at counter friendly and answered our questions about area/accommodations Free parking - big bonus since Norway usually requires payment for parking Although shared bath, we had no wait for WC. We had a sink in our room so only shower and toilet facilities are shared."

Cons: You may hear noise from people outside on public deck. During our stay all observed quiet time after 11PM. We always have ear plugs so we are ok.

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"Beautiful location, well kept grounds, friendly staff. Our kids loved the pool, which was almost too warm. Wifi at the beach and pool was nice. Room and beds were great."

The food at the restaurant was, like a lot of food in New Caledonia, more expensive than it seems like it should be.

"Property is a little dilapidated in some places but that’s to be expected in Comoros. The staff were generally helpful."

The room and food are overpriced for the quality. Inconvenient location. They don’t seem to use or check Booking so it was pointless to make a reservation in advance. Maybe during the high season that will be more useful.

I don't want to lie. No complains

"We stayed in a lovely self contained unit with mini kitchen, a master bedroom, and a separate pull out in living room for our teenage son who tagged along. Wonderful to have the spaces functional and also separate. Both the living area and the bedroom have sliding doors to a huge ocean facing deck, the perfect spot to soak up a wonderful sunset. The decor is minimalist and fresh; aptly coastal in white and shades of blue. Unit was spotless!!!! Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating."

Property does not include beach towels but does provide pool towels. There is a bazaar next door where we found beach towels for the balance of our trip.

"-The location is great. -The view is amazing — you’re surrounded by skyscrapers, city / sea view. -Staff are friendly, cooperative, and respond very quickly to any request. -The hotel is clean. -Check‑in and check‑out procedures are very quick. -The room is spacious. -Breakfast is tasty. -Flexible check‑in and check‑out times."

-The TV is not a smart TV. -The bed is small and not comfortable enough. -From time to time, food odors can be smelled, especially on the upper floors. -There is no heating during cold winter nights — the AC keeps running even when it’s cold. -The shower area slope is incorrect, causing water to flow outside the shower area. -The price is slightly high. .. Improvement Areas (Not Considered Cons): -There are many open parking spaces around the hotel, but it would be great if the hotel could manage one of these areas as an official hotel parking lot. -The dining area needs to be expanded to accommodate more guests. -The number of power sockets is not enough. -Hot water takes time to arrive — it’s not instant, so this should be improved.
