"Place was very clean and furbished. The staff was very accomodating and hospitable. Complete with fridge, electric kettle, mugs and utensils, and even a kitchen where the tenants can cook and wash dishes. Also loved that there was always water for all tenants. Very convenient. Both airconditioner and shower heater ran perfectly. The location was also near to a lot of famous restaurants, bars, beaches, and even karinderyas. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent place to stay in Valencia. Big & comfortable bed, hot water shower, Air Con for hot days, and strong Wifi, with a generator in case of power cuts which was super helpful for our online work. Our hosts were very nice and helpful with local tips, airport pickup, and renting us a reliable scooter. The kitchen was also fitted out with everything we needed to cook meals. Washing machine was helpful. Close by the waterfalls, Valencia town, and a few local restaurants / cafes. And overall a great value. I would strongly recommend to stay here, especially if you want to explore the jungle and cooler hills of Valencia!"

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."
