Jacaranda Heights

"The property offers a peaceful environment and comfortable stay. I always end up staying at Jacaranda. For every visit in Isb, this is the place I choose. Wonderful."

"The breakfast is pretty below average, too costly for additional guests. The price is sometimes too high, staff doesn’t always remember to cater your needs."

"We had such a lovely stay. Everything felt really warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and all the little touches made it feel cared for. The staff were so friendly and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Breakfast was great each morning, plenty of choice and everything tasted fresh. We left feeling relaxed and really well looked after. Thank you for making our stay feel so special."

"We genuinely couldn’t find anything we didn’t like. Every part of our stay was spot on, and in our opinion the hotel easily deserves a full 5 stars."

"The trip, the location, the staff, the room were great, breakfast was alright."

"The Internet was not good at all in our room and also overall at the hotel, kept disconnecting or hardly ever connected on the 4th floor in our room 406. The room could have been more cleaner when we arrived, it had dust. No complementary fruits or anything except tea and coffee. No hair saloon or spa sadly. Had to go out to get a hair cut."

"The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly"
