"The property is managed by Krzysztyna Jelowicka, who is very kind and helpful. Great communication, and an excellent experience dealing with her. Early check-in was possible, and this was extremely helpful, given my early AM arrival time. The place is in a quiet area, with a bus stop literally outside the entrance. It's like a doorstep taxi drop."
"Very minor observations: 1) Being an old property, ventilation is limited when everything is closed. 2) The water in the bathroom drains smell a bit musty when used after a long break."

"Beautiful original palace from 19th Century, surrounded by an old park and overlooking the lake. The views are stunning. Very good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. We also like an allowance for the Aqua Park. Getting there was easy and the hotel has a spacious parking lot."

"We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel is super nice. They have indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Room was very modern and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view on the "Babia Gora" Mountain as well as a big balcony. Hotel has free wifi. They also have ping pong table inside. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! They change it up a little every morning, so there's always something new to choose from. They also offer dinner options as well. We'll definitely be back."
