"It is adjacent to the old town so basically near everything. It is walking distance to the train station. The room is spacious as shown in the picture There is a simple breakfast whoch adds value for money"

"- Uncontrollable heat in the room, even when we asked, forcing us to open the very drafty window 3 nights in a row. We both got sick for the entire second half of our trip. We'd stay there again but only if they fix that. - Only 3 toilets & 3 showers for a max capacity of 41 guests - One half-towel per guest, even for 3 nights. - No shower soap or even alert about it. We gave an overall rating of 8 BUT, because of the various issues, we wish the rating system allowed for a 7.5 overall rating"

"What a great location, close to the train & bus station & right at the edge of the Old Town! The staff at the Bubble are really wonderful, very very approachable, helpful. The breakfast in the morning is basic, but a good way to start the day. It is clean & welcoming. As a solo woman I felt very safe & it met all my needs. I would stay there again. There are some structural issues (I list below), but the location really outweighed everything for me, b/c central Krakow is hard to find a good safe place at a reasonable price. You can socialize in the kitchen & find seats to sit in the hallway."

"These are my issues, not the Hostel --- I stayed in the "female only" room & I found it rather small. I saw the 10-bed Mixed -- it was spacious -- the next time I would stay in the 10-bed mixed room. The internet didn't work so well in all locations. There are very few bathrooms, so you need to time it right. No quiet space except the hallway -- where there are couches but no privacy. A few structural issues that should probably be addressed (locks on doors, lockers, etc) and esp because some hostellers get concerned about safety & security. The internet doesn't work in all the places. Perhaps curtains on the beds ... and, perhaps having 24-hour reception would be nice (but that would put up the cost of the hostel. BUT, as a senior traveler, the positive attributes outweighed the negative."

"the reception starts from 2pm and thus I have to spend money to store baggage in bus station. there is no curtain for each bed."

"The location is near the main train station, 5 minute walk to old town. Just below the building is a bakery, beside is a market. It’s near the top attractions. I was lucky to have a 4-dorm room by myself. It was an overnight stay. They also have breakfast. The bathroom is clean."
