Our property operates with a self check-in system. After booking, guests receive an individual SMS with link containing all relevant information and a secure payment option. The room access PIN code appears in the same link after the reservation is paid. "The location is excellent, in a walking distance to the amazing Malbork Castle. The staff was friendly, room was nice and comfortable, breakfast good and with the view to the Castle. We were sent the check-in information in advance. The hotel has parking space right at the door, and there was space for us. We were able to leave the car there even after checking out and could go visit the Castle. The hotel restaurant also offers nice lunch and dinner menu."
"We could hear people in the room next to ours at 5 AM when they were packing and moving out, but that is probably not the fault of the hotel."

"This hotel is about a twenty minute ride & walk from the train station; however, it’s worth the effort. It is located on the opposing bank of the Nogat River across from the largest Medieval castle in Europe. Our room had a balcony that faced the castle and offered very nice views of the same. The food offerings at the restaurant were very good, whether it be the extensive breakfast or dinner. I would stay here again."

It is walking distance to the museum. Very good place to stay for a visit and no need to go trough the town to get to highway"

Incredible breakfast - homemade jam and bread, home-cured ham. Gorgeous garden. A true Polish haven. Close to Wigry, Sejny, Czarna Hancza and many picturesque villages.
