"I liked the location at some place distant from the noisy center and with easy transportation from the hotel throughout the city. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent."
"I had to work at my computer a little, but the sockets in the room had a rod in them that didn't allow to insert the plug. I asked for the adaptor at the reception, but they told me they didn't have it. I had the same problem a day earlier in Krakow, and they helped me with the necessary adapter even though the hotel had less stars than yours 3."

"The room was okay and clean with a consistent towel and cleaning service. Good value and great location close to Galeria Wilenska and 20 min from the Centrum. Very nice room service!"
"Very thin walls and I was hearing noises from the other rooms people laughing and speaking loudly, the next 2 nights in the row I was hearing people having sexual intercourse staying late even until 2 AM - 3 AM I couldn't sleep at night. Additionally, I was smelling cigarettes in my bathroom. People were smoking in the rooms and the fire alarm didn't work."

"Good location near transportation stations, mall. Old town is walking distance if you like walking like me. Room was comfortable even without air conditioning, however, not sound proof, you can hear your neighbors outside hallway. At night is noisy, lots of kids/ teens. Not for people if you’re seeking for relaxation. Breakfast is good. Everything is good for its price."

"I really liked the location; the hotel is close to public transport - trams, underground, buses, and et at the same time located at a side street, so no external noises. (Especially that my room was facing the internal courtyard). Sure, there's no pool in the hotel, but overall very good price -to-quality ratio, especially if you simply want a place to sleep, and spend the day cruising through the city."

"Beautiful original palace from 19th Century, surrounded by an old park and overlooking the lake. The views are stunning. Very good breakfast and delicious food at the restaurant. We also like an allowance for the Aqua Park. Getting there was easy and the hotel has a spacious parking lot."

"We stayed there for 3 days. Hotel is super nice. They have indoor and outdoor pool and spa. Room was very modern and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We had a nice view on the "Babia Gora" Mountain as well as a big balcony. Hotel has free wifi. They also have ping pong table inside. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing! They change it up a little every morning, so there's always something new to choose from. They also offer dinner options as well. We'll definitely be back."
