"The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of power outlets (after some other hotels around Europe it was a noteable thing). There was a room with a TV, playstation and some couches just besides our room which was also nice. Also, the price was really good."

"This was my second stay. The staff was very helpful in finding my passport because I had left it in the bathroom. I had a very difficult guest the night before. It affected my sleep. Jana was very helpful and gentle. I had prepare for my visa and she helped prepare my documents to submit. In the summer they're not so many school groups so I end up meeting very smart people, very interesting and i always learn something from them. they're interested in history or culture or maybe travel or exercise in the nearby mountains. It's what I expect from hostels of the older years where you met people and you made friends and you had interesting conversations and learned something mostly from people all over. Visiting Auschwitz it's really very emotional event and to be able to discuss with others is quite special. And helpful."
