"I recently stayed at Hotel Olecki and was absolutely amazed and touched by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. All three receptionists were outstanding, but one in particular went above and beyond. When I sought help at night because my husband started to feel sick, this wonderful receptionist provided lemon, tea, and tissues, showing such a great act of kindness that I'll never forget. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully provided with free bottles of water for all of us. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, and the highlight was definitely the crepes—what a treat! Overall, my stay at Hotel Olecki was exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and the comfort of the amenities. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was the only guest at the hotel last night (I guess hotels in the area don't get many visitors in January) but this didn't dawn on me until the next day. The rooms are old but quant and charming, very quiet and peaceful, very clean, very comfortable. They made a big delicious personalized breakfast for me for free and held my bag for a few hours after I checked out for free. The receptionist spoke English and was very friendly."

"Nothing was wrong with the hotel but bus service is almost non-existent on Sundays and everything in the area is closed after 5:00 pm (at least on Sunday) so it was a freezing walk to downtown for dinner."
