"The property is located in front of the tram station, it takes 20 min to travel to old town or central train station. There is very nice kitchen with common area where bigger group can have lunch toogether. I liked the cofee. The pillows were small but comfortable."

"It is difficult to gues what intercom to use to open main door, there are three units:) I didnt like the door lock in my room, the outside handle was rotating around. I could lock the door but I couldnt use the key from inside. Would be good to replace it with some clasical unit used in Poland."

"I was disappointed that the reception and the apartments were located in separate buildings. In the building with the reception, it wasn’t clear where the reception desk was, so we had to call to find out. I had to carry all the bags, the stroller, and my 1.5-year-old son upstairs, only to discover that the reception was just for picking up the keys. After that, I had to go back down with all the luggage and move to the other building, fortunately nearby. Secondly, I was very unhappy with the mattress. It was terrible-I couldn’t sleep at all. The mattress made loud noises every time I moved, and since I was sharing the bed with my son, I kept waking him up. Please consider replacing it. I don’t care about having a big TV or a fancy wardrobe, but a comfortable mattress is extremely important. Lastly, I noticed the oven was very dirty and oily, which was obvious even from the outside. I didn’t check the cleanliness of other areas because I didn’t want to be further disgusted."

"The hotel’s location was very convenient for transportation, and the soundproofing seems to be effective."

"The check-in process was inconvenient, as there was no staff present when we arrived, and we had to wait for the receptionist to return to receive our room key. If staff cannot be available at all times, a self-check-in system would be more efficient. The room was small with limited storage, lacked air conditioning, and felt uncomfortably hot even in cool weather. Although the toilet was clean, an unpleasant urinary smell lingered throughout the stay."
