"This property is perfect for your San Juan vacation. The location is quiet and residential, but also a 5 minute walk from the beach and a short drive from the tourist hot spots. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive."

"The lockbox placement is problematically placed and upon opening the key fell down into the street. The entrance door springs and sliding doors, although look great take some getting used to. The tub on the balcony was a little unstable. Kitchen towels ?"

"The apartment has a cool, thoughtful design that feels really well put together. It’s in a great spot, super close to Calle Loiza for food and shopping, and just a short walk to Ocean Park beach. The area has a nice, residential vibe—lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, but without the crazy tourist crowd you'd find in places like Condado."
"There was a water outage for a few hours, which was a bit annoying, though it’s not totally uncommon for the area. We were offered showers at the nearby main hotel. The A/C in one of the rooms had some issues too, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end."
