"Central location. Nice private unit for that authentic experience. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and balcony for fresh air. Fast internet and streaming TV. DEDICATED PARKING SPACE!!! (for a smaller car). Building tenants were polite too. Code to enter building and unit. Plenty of bedding. Maybe 3 or 4 blocks from food and the beach. I would recommend."
"Beds and rooms were smaller than expected. Beds may fit 1 adult but 2 is a squeeze. Not sure about nighttime, streets are dark and narrow so watch out for cars. No real complaints."

"Avila is a central location to a lot of things in PR. We were able to walk to the beach and La Placita. Neighborhood is super safe and quiet for the most part. And staff stocked the house with a lot of necessities."
