"Our first time staying in a B & B, and we loved it! The property is located just a couple of blocks from the beach. Safe and secure location, and our room was wonderful! The breakfast in the morning was delightful. We had all the beach items we needed available to use at no additional cost - chairs, umbrellas, beach bags, towels, even hats! We could walk to Bebo's for dinner, which was great! The property is lovely and gated. We will be back again on our next trip to San Juan!"

"The staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and you really get full bc it’s buffet style. The guava juice was amazing. The views and garden are so breathtaking. It’s on a tight street, but you’re next to so many restaurants, nightlife and things to do. Truly no complaints."

"Because it’s an older building there’s some natural wear and tear in the rooms. But overall this didn’t take away from the hotel or how beautiful it was. Bring earplugs though bc it’s not super far from the lively night scene. Very good location and must try bebos! It’s at the end of the street"

"As soon as you open the gate to the yard, it feels like home away from home. We requested two rooms close together for another couple we were traveling with and this was already set up upon arrival. There's plenty of space in the rooms, the breakfast was usually a protein, eggs, potatoes, fruit, juice, plus some bagels, cereal, and the like. There's additional gathering space on a large front porch with comfy chairs and games you can play. It's also stocked with beach gear, umbrellas, etc - whatever you would need. This location is 2 short blocks to the beach! Also, right at that intersection is the 'main drag' of restaurants and entertainment. The area felt very safe, we even walked around later in the evening. Everyone is so nice and friendly! We stayed here for 2 nights prior to boarding a cruise."

"Great location, walking distance to the beach. We were there for the Bad Bunny concert so was very close to the concert venue as well. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helped us with any questions that we had. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. They also provided us with beach towels in our rooms and beach chairs/umbrellas in the general area near the entrance."

"Nothing in particular that we didn't like but will say that the general bathroom that's outside of the house (on the left side of the house) seems like it needs to be repaired as the floor was wet and the toilet didn't properly flush."

"Absolutely beautiful hidden b&b. The staff were so amazing and accommodating. Our flight came in super late so we slept in one morning. They held breakfast for us. The next morning they actually packed our breakfast to go so we could do a beach picnic. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again."

"The room was great, big and confy. The b&b is very nice and cute. All you need to enjoy your stay is available (books about Puerto Rico, beach chairs...). Breakfast is very good. the owner is very accessible and very helpful. She gives us a lot of info and good places to go. I would recommend it and book another room there next time I'm in Puerto Rico"
