"Peaceful location: listen to the waves and enjoy the view and ocean breeze in a getaway from busy life. The apartment is clean and has good, spacious accommodations with everything needed for an easy stay (well -appointed kitchen, perfect pillows, plenty of hangers, fans, towels, soaps, indoor & outdoor seating, hammock, etc etc). Location on the island: great! It's off the beaten path so it's a peaceful retreat, but it's not too far from several adventures. We drove to El Yunque Park and to other tropical forest sites. It's not far from Fajardo or Luquillo and next door to a nature preserve! Other cities are within reach as well. Backyard crab colony was fascinating & Coqui sounds were fabulous! I would definitely stay here again on a visit to PR!"

"Our first night was a bit stuffy in the apartment, but once we got the fans going and windows venting, it was pleasant & we then enjoyed ocean breezes throughout our stay."

"I've been there several times and every time I come the host is excellent and I always feel at home there it is always clean and location is excellent so I like everything about it"

"This was one of the nicer places we stayed on our trip. We wished we could have stayed longer, but were only able to book it for one night. The unit was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the owner was really pleasant. I also REALLY appreciated that the smart tv was set up in 'guest' mode so that it would automatically delete our login info when we left (we checked and it did.) That's really helpful, because on our trip we encountered a number of TVs that didn't have this option set (owner needs to do that), so we would manually have to go in and delete login info for streaming services. On some of the older sets that was a real hassle, so again this was very appreciated here! Thanks!"

"I liked hearing the cooing pigeons in the morning, but where they roost is next to a couple of windows and some of their dander blew in. For us that wasn't a problem, but might be on a longer stay or for someone with respiratory issues. Also, you can't throw toilet paper down the toilet because it can clog the drain line. I've encountered this before and it's not a deal really, but if you're there with a family or two couples it could be a slight issue. Other than that it was a great place for the night!"

"This multi unit home is right on the beach. The Owner lives next door and was quickly available with the keys. It’s a nice size space with large living area with attached kitchen. There are two bedrooms with closets. Lots of storage in the kitchen. Lots of fans, but no A/C. We were there in February and it wasn’t an issue. Summer may be a different story. There’s a nice deck to view the water. The home is located in a neighborhood right off the main road. The price was excellent. There was a small grocery store and several restaurants within a quick walking or driving distance."
