"It took awhile to get the keys, the lock box was not clearly visible and when found the keys were not inside, after speaking with the helpful staff the keys were in the wrong lockbox and I was given the code for the other lock box and received the keys. The air conditioner didn’t blow cold air."

"Your kets are outside so no hassle to check in. It comes with gated parking. 1 min to walk to the beach. The owner is super nice and answered all my questions I had. Public transportation is 3 blocks away to get to San Juan if you dont have a car. Also the property has AC, stove, microwave, pots and some things to cook, coffee maker and hair dryer."

"I texted the host about the key, and he sent the information immediately. He sent the lock box number and the code so I could get the key. The room was clean and a good place in general."

"This is nothing related to the room and or the host. This was my fault. I did not realise my mistake. Let me explain: I parked on the street, contacted the host, got the keys from the lock box, and went to check the room. When I came back, the police had booked me a ticket for parking in a handicap parking space. My fault, but here in California, to indicate handicap parking, we have signs on a post, curbs painted blue, and big handicap signs painted on the parking space to indicate handicap parking. Well, in Puerto Rico or this place in particular, they just paint the curb blue to indicate handicap parking, and that is all. I did not notice this and went to get my keys to check the room. When I returned from checking the room to move the car to the inside parking in the building, I saw that the police had already booked me a parking ticket. So, if you come to this place, please check where you park so you don't get a parking ticket. If the curb is blue, do not park there unless you have a handicap permit. Again, this is nothing related to the host or the room. The host was great, and the room was clean and comfortable."

"The only thing I didn't like was that nobody was there to meet me and show me how to get in. I had no idea how to use the keylock hanging on the gate, as it was my first time encountering and even handling one. I was standing there so helpless. It wasted a lot of my time—almost two hours—until someone finally came to help me. The owner should be responsible for greeting their guests to ensure a smooth arrival and check-in process. It should not feel like a quiz or a puzzle for the client to figure out how to get into the room! This was the only aspect that really frustrated me. Additionally, the gate beeper was not working. Every time I drove my car in and out, I had to ask for help and use their beeper. The property owner clearly isn't ready for this kind of business! Please add a study table where your client can place their laptop and work comfortably. It shouldn't be a table that has a microwave on it. When I was there, I put the microwave on the floor and used it from there, which was quite ridiculous."
