"The front door was really difficult to open. It would have been better with a coded door instead of a really difficult key since you have to carry all of your belongings in and out. We were abruptly wakened by the cleaning lady .I think they should knock at the door, identify itself, and wait at least a minute or two to open the door. She knocked but didn't wait and open the door right away."
