"I had such an awesome stay at Joy in Puerto Rico! The place was super comfortable, clean, and just had a great vibe overall—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island. But honestly, what really made the stay stand out was the host. Lupcho was incredibly nice, helpful, and truly servicial, always making sure I had everything I needed and checking in to see if I was good. From great communication to little thoughtful touches, everything felt easy and welcoming. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and would 100% recommend Joy to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!"

"Great communication from the host, he offered plenty of suggestions and recommended activities. Very easy check in and check out. The interior was roomy and had enough space for our family of 5. The apartment is updated with new appliances including a Shark vacuum that really helped clean the floors from beach sand. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean."

"There is no dedicated parking and with a large vehicle the parking can a be a chore. I don’t recommend renting a truck! Parking as a whole in San Juan is not fun. The exterior does not provide a good impression of the modern interior."

"The location was very close to the supermarket, highway, restaurants, and nightlife but was not noisy at all. There was a group of young women staying above us who were clearly there for the nightlife, but we didn't hear them once. Security features were excellent. Each bedroom has its own climate control, so we could be comfortable. It had so many new kitchen amenities and supplies that it felt like someone lived there. Beds were comfortable with varying degrees of firmness. Communication with the owner, once established, was excellent, and he has many suggestions for excursions. He also had a reasonable check out policy, unlike some apartment rentals where they want you to do the cleaning but still hit you with an exorbitant cleaning fee. Was a great experience, would stay again."

"The property has everything that we need, such as hair dryers, laundry, utensils, detergent, etc. The place is generally clean, and it comes with AC. The property has a good and convenient location. It is close to the Condado beach, and close to the 26 freeway. There are a lot of good restaurants around, and a SuperMax market."

"There exist a few stains on the blanket. The entrance of the property looks less neat, and a bit messy. It might be hard to find a parking spot in front of the building, and we usually park one block away. The restrooms have less space, though they definitely have everything we need"
