"The location was within a 10 minute drive to the Ferry. Instructions for getting in the apartment complex and room were super easy - communication with the owner was equally simple and good."

"Perfect location for us. Plenty of room with stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedrooms. Had washer and dryer. Had access to pool, but even though we had keys to pool we were questioned by staff as to who we were and where we were staying."

"No air-conditioning in main space so we spent lot of time in bedrooms in evenings, had multiple keys and doors (two just to get in the condo and an inconvenient one leading to bedrooms), had trouble coming in and out of secured gate several times needing to call gate over 8 times to enter property, had to flip breaker to use the stove. Had a nonfunctional remote for the only tv and was told it was working when they last checked. We asked host if there were extra batteries, but none were available so we bought some and we let the host know that batteries had died and we replaced. I sent her the receipt to verify what we had to do and she said we could take the batteries when we left. Instruction of chores was sent the day before check out through platform and then again via text at 6:30am in the morning. Felt like I had to get up and get working."

"Es war mühsam hinzufinden, weil das Apartment anders heißt, als die Anlage. Auch auf Google Maps wurden wir falsch geschickt. Somit konnten wir nur mit Hilfe eines Polizisten, der uns einen Hotspot gemacht hat, mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufnehmen und haben letztendlich hingefunden. Einfacher wären Koordinaten, Bilder oder eine bessere Beschreibung. Wir haben einiges nachfragen müssen. Erst bei einem Stromausfall haben wir Streichhölzer gesucht und so eine Mappe gefunden, die uns einige Nachrichten erspart hätte."
