And we originally rented the efficiency apartment for a week, but when the water heater needed repair, they moved us to a nice, huge one bedroom apartment without any increase in price! "Not the fault of the owners - not their cat - but there was a cat that came over the walls to meow all night and kept me awake, as I am a light sleeper. I place has a full brick wall around the whole house, and I have video of the cat coming over the wall!"

"Great spot to stay at if you're planning to be around San Juan and explore the northeastern area of the island in general. The house is in a quiet neighborhood behind a strip of restaurants and coffee shops. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the bathrooms are great if not a little small."

"We chose this location because we had incorrectly assumed we would have access to park in the courtyard to keep our rental car safe. There is street-side parking, but the road is quite tight and forces you to turn around in someone else's driveway."

Close to everything in isla verde. I loved staying here. Room was so cute and felt like my own little studio as if I lived there."

"The only thing and this is not a complaint because I had everything I needed just would’ve made my time getting ready easier, was that the water to shower wouldn’t get hot. It got only to “room temp” as the hottest and I’m a person who neeeeeeds hot water but I was still able to shower and I’d still stay here again vs any hotel!!! I just had to do a funny dance while I slowly got in the shower haha. No complaints"

"This is one of the best stays I have ever had. What a great space. Full sized apartment with a full sized kitchen. Great outdoor space with anything you could possibly need and more for a great stay away from home. Staff was so quick to respond, space was quiet and so clean. I will definitely choose this place before anything else next time I am in the area. Walking distance to food, close to the airport and cruise port. I don’t have one negative thing to say,I was so impressed with this place."
