"I liked that the property was behind a security fence. It felt very safe. The staff and people I met in the elevator were very nice."

"When we first got there it was a little challenging to figure out how to unlock the door. You had to push a few extra buttons that weren't on the directions. We figured it out eventually though. Also, on Maps it looks like it's 15 mins away from Old San Juan but it's more like 25 in traffic, but that's not their fault."
