"Even before arriving they reached out and assisted us in organizing transportation from the airport as well providing several guides on where to visit. Once we arrived we were welcomed and shown around the excellent facilities. Then we saw the room and absolutely loved it!"

"Our stay at Puertas was incredible! Kate and Lisa went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us all the way through our trip. The hotel is beautiful and fully equipped with a lot attention to details. We had trouble with one of our excursions and Kate helped us immensely and saved the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"
