"our room was very clean, and well designed. the bed is very comfortable, and we were VERY happy with the accommodations :)) there are dishes/utensils available for use in the kitchen, bath towels, and a TV with lots of fun channels!"
"there are a few nooks and crannies that could’ve used more cleaning, especially on/in the fridge, and the water wasn’t working during our stay, but it was actively being repaired! some of the drawers in the kitchen area were broken/crooked."
"I appreciate the owner responding in a very timely manner. The initial process went very smoothly. His Bamboo 2 home with one home converted very beautifully into 3 separate rentals. The property is surrounded by by a 7 foot cement wall and the entrance has a 7 foot high iron security gate that can be opened for a vehicle to park in the driveway. Also the back yard can be available to all guest and it has a very beautiful coconut tree and a very old and beautiful big tree with the most beautiful tree trunk at the ground that I have ever seen. Very shady private backyard with comfortable outdoor furniture and a grill for outdoor grilling. Forgot to mention the inside of rentals are beautifully remodeled with a beautiful kitchen area and a split unit A/C in each BNB bedroom. At a wonderful price. The owner is always available by text with quick response."
"I felt that their should be a lock available for the gate with 3 matching keys or combination lock for each guest for that added sense of security. The neighbors we did meet were very friendly and a very welcoming!!"
"BNB is perfect for couples or solos. The host was very commutative, and was very welcoming and helpful. With any questions needed the spot, exceed my expectations with nice views, a nice cozy, backyard, and close to tourist areas, La Placita, the airport, and as well as condado. Will definitely be coming again on my next trip."

"Quiet & comfortable, you have a refrigerator a counter top stove. The patio is great to have a drink and talk or listen to music. The apt is close to San Juan, Condado and la placita. I used it as a staycation to enjoy touristic in area."

"Man hat alles, eine kleine Küche auch und man kann im Garten chillen wenn man sowas will. Der ganze Garten steht nur dem Zimmergast zur Verfügung. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wenn man in der Stadt nicht klar kommt, kann man ihn auch auf WhatsApp anschreiben und um Hilfe bitten."
