"Luciano was an incredible host! He picked me up from the airport and drove me around Old San Juan because I mentioned I was only there for a short work trip and wouldn't get to see much of the area. Getting to know the streets from a local's eyes gave me the confidence to venture out on my own as well. I would not have had such a warm and immersive experience if I had just went with a hotel. The price point was better too! I felt very safe and Luciano checked on me throughout my stay as well. 10/10 recommend for solo travelers."

"Nearby restaurants, walking distance. 10-15 mins to San Juan beaches, Old San Juan and SJU airport. Host is superb! Communicated well from start to finish. He suggested a lot of restaurants to eat. Designated parking lot for the stay, if you’ll rent a car for your stay. I love the remote operated bed, helps me to watch TV while lying down in bed and relaxing. Property has hair blower and steamer for clothes."
"Shower has hot and cold water. Takes a couple of minutes to settle the temperature (personal preference) but otherwise no issues."

"The location is convenient. If you enjoy walking, it’s like 30 mins to the Atlantic beach and if you want to take Uber, it’s only less than 10 mins drive. The owner is approachable and you are able to ask questions and assistance almost any time."
