"Really nice stay, staff where great! The guys are trustworthy and extremely professional. I strongly recommend going up on the 6th floor and 7th floor where a bar and restaurant are located, food was great too."

"Wonderful hotel on a hill in the centre of town looking down on the beautiful city of Ramallah. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was huge. Very spacious modern and comfortable"

"Breakfast was generous with lots of Palestinian favourites however like the hotels in Amman and Jerusalem no turkish or italian fresh ground or brewed coffee on offer. As it was Ramadan and shops were closed. I did not ask for takeaway"

"This was an oasis within Jericho (which is sadly polluted with trash). I was treated like family ... so important as an older female solo traveler, and they were most helpful in getting me taxis and understanding how to get around. Very kind staff, good food (some from their garden and fresh chicken eggs!). The chickens don't like anyone, sadly!"

The location is perfect if you want to get to know Aqabat Jabr (refugee camp). You can reach Jericho city center by foot."

At the same time, they were respectful and gave guests plenty of space. My room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, and they clearly make an effort to keep everything clean. They were also incredibly responsive and made life much easier for a non-Arabic speaker."
