"This is a great hotel. Good location near the Corniche. The best part is the customer service. Thanks a lot to Phoa who organized an early check-in and a room with a great view. The hotel was crowded due to closed Qatari airspace so breakfast was a bit chaotic but that's just a small inconvenience."

"The breakfast was very poor, not enough choice or anything, healthy options almost non existential, I was sent to the 31st floor which is a small club lounge, however there was a proper restaurant on the first floor which I wasn't allowed to ... they sent me back to the small club lounge with almost 0 choice :("

"I stayed at Pullman Doha, West Bay, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean, and the room was spacious—easily large enough for three adults. The location is excellent, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean, and the room service was very fast and efficient. At check-in, however, I was informed that there would be an additional charge of 150 QAR per day for an extra bed, despite my reservation being for three adults and one baby (1 year old). After discussion, the fee was waived, but the explanation was that while the room size is suitable for three adults, it does not necessarily mean it accommodates three people for sleeping. This was not clearly communicated at the time of booking and caused some confusion. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness, service, and location. I would recommend the hotel, but I believe the policy regarding extra beds for three adults should be made clearer during the booking process."
