"We had a great stay. The kids really enjoyed the slide in the swimming pool, it kept them busy and happy the whole time. Thank you for the cake for our daughter, she felt very special and appreciated the surprise. We also appreciated having our rooms next to each other, which made things much easier for our family. "While traveling, I had several questions during the reservation process, and Hazel from Guest Relations responded promptly and made sure everything was arranged in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, I accidentally went to the wrong building, but Alison at reception was extremely helpful, completed my check-in smoothly, and escorted me to the correct building while explaining all the necessary details. After a long 10-hour journey, thanks to Hazel and Alison, my stay started in a very smooth and stress-free way. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference.
