When I arrived at the hotel, I accidentally went to the wrong building, but Alison at reception was extremely helpful, completed my check-in smoothly, and escorted me to the correct building while explaining all the necessary details. After a long 10-hour journey, thanks to Hazel and Alison, my stay started in a very smooth and stress-free way. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference.
