"The matress of the bedroom was not the best, a bit uncomfortable for me at least, and at every move the bed creaked. We cooked for ourselves 2 times and the kitchen did not have any spices (salt, pepper, paprika...)."

"The appartment was big, clean with a modern design. The bathroom was very nice, I enjoyed taking a shower after a long day of exploring the city. Free private parking near the appartment's builing. Shops in the building. Big equipped kitchen, I was able to cook breakfast and dinner, even prepare food for my 1 year old kid. The kitchen and living room was spacious and I was able to let the kid play without worries. Nice view from the appartment especially at night."

"The living room had no blackout curtains (I prefer a darker room at night). The bed from the bedroom was not so comfy."

"The flat was clean, the whole building is modern. The rooms are nicely furnitured, kitchen is quite big. Flat is close to the city centre. 24/7 shop is in the building which is also quite convenient. The owner reacts really quickly to Whats App messages."

"The check in and check out process could not be easier, the private parking with a barrier was a huge plus for us, the view from the balcony was amazing, we also liked the way the apartment was divided, quiet area and close shops. It was also super easy to reach the old town even by foot or tram. When we’ll be back to Oradea we’ll rebook for sure"

"We don’t know if it’s only a problem for the flat we booked or a problem of the building in general, but there were a few ants in bathroom and in the living room so maybe some solutions for getting rid of them would be ok"

"The apartment is big and modern, nice furnishing, very well located, close to the city center, yet in a quiet area. You can walk in a few minutes to the city center. The view from the window is very nice, being on the 8th floor, you can see the whole city from above. The building is new and civilized. Safe parking available."

"Only some improvement suggestions: Since the apartment is sold to families and a sofa bed is available in the living room, blinds are absolutely necessary for the windows. Currently, the ones sleeping in the living are getting awake at the sunrise at 5. Also the curtain in the bedroom should be opaque. In the shower, a shelf would be useful, to put the shower gel and shampoo. Would be nice to leave coffee pods for all booked days, for all guests, even if you add them to the room cost. The guests cannot buy a full bag of pods that they cannot use afterwards. The lights in the bathroom, over the mirror, are broken and are working only from time to time. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors talking. But overall the apartment is very good for the price."

"Very good communication with the host/administrator. Easy check-in process as all the necessary details were delivery upon arrival. The apartment is spacious, bright, nicely decorated and very clean; and it had everything we needed. Just to mention that the parking spot is outside (uncovered) in a private parking lot, not in a garage."
