"The location and the price in comparison with nearby hotels."
"At the arrival I could not get in the room because the code for the key locker was not working, I had to call the host couple of times until I got the new code. Also the central heating was not working due to low pressure and also the windows were open so the temperature in the whole apartmanant was 15.6°C which is unsupportable when you get there from the freezing cold from the outside. The water pressure in the shower was so low that it was almost unusable."

"The host was very nice, helped with all he arrangements and date change. Location is excellent and quiet, near city center. Totally recommend!"

"The room was big enough and clean, the bed was large and comfortable, it was nice to see that there was a traditional alcoholic drink for guests on the table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We stayed just one night in the middle of the summer but the temperature was ok and it was quiet."
"The parking place is small and we didn't find a free spot to park but there are paid parking places on the main road (free parking during the night), and the water pressure on the bathroom was a little too low."

"The parking is little bit tricky because you can easily be blocked by other cars. There is no rhyme or reason to the parking, but it is doable. The apartment could be a little cleaner especially the kitchen. Also there is no air condition so you need to open the windows but they are right on the ground level, on the yard. So you dont have any privacy. Also we had some issues with the bed. The bed really need replacing because the eco-leather is pealing and falling to your clean bed."

"The parking situation is very awkward. There are people who actually live in the buildings from the same yard and they risk getting their cars blocked in by tourists. I was there during the week but was wondering if I had staid on the weekend, would my car be blocked in? I would not advertise the place as having parking. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked (we didn't really need it for just one night but other ppl might). The bed is huge but the mattress is not very comfortable. We couldn't close the bathroom door."
