"Everything. Truly one of the finest guesthouses in the world, run by some of the world's finest people. You would be wise to spend some time with Vojkan and Datsa on your trip to Niš. They are some of the greats. An unforgettable experience and I can't wait to return. On top of the hospitality, the room is perfect: comfortable bed, hot and strong shower, AC, a fridge, and a desk, in a restored original building in the very center of town only a few minutes walk to both the river and the fortress and the famed Tinkers alley. 10 stars is not enough."

"PRIME LOCATION AND STAFF! such a comfortable place and the staff will reply to your messages Instantly. Would highly recommend it for solo travels or couples! I felt very safe here. Also a good air con and tv!"

"When you enter the building you may be scared by the rather old and dingy look and ambience, however the apartment itself is very nice, clean and cosy. It may be a bit small for some, but it was enough for our group of four, after all, we were mostly in town and out of the apartment anyway. But overall, it's the best you can get for the money. Price to performance 10/10"

"Great, easy to get to place. Close to the highway exit, on the main street with parking literary in front of your door. Despite that, it was very quiet during the night. General store few meters away and city center few minutes walk. Ivan is great host with many stories to share, offered me great coffee, which is a big win with me, after a long trip! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the power sockets are in logical places. So many great stays have power outlets very far from any surface where you can lay your charging device, but here, it was all logically laid out!"
