"Excellent location right in the middle of the pedastrian street. There is a huge parking lot behind the hotel. Friendly staff."
"Room was very small. Enough for me and my daughter. However, different from what they show in pictures. They charged for water which is not ok at a 4 star facility. Towels are very old and should be replaced."
"The room was nice, and communication with the staff was excellent. Everything was kept very clean, and the towels were changed daily. The location is fantastic — close to everything you might need."
"My only complaint is that my room was right next to the loud air conditioners, which made a consistent hum."
"Excellent location in the city centrum just on the pedestrian main street. Huge parking just few steps far from the hotel."

"The location is great, right in the middle of the main walking streets. The room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable."
"Had some issues with the hot water. The elevator was pretty old, small, and a bit shaky."
"I liked the location. The room is small, but nice. There was some noise during the night coming from heat pumps that are placed below the room windows. Room doors should be fixed as they're shaking if anyone comes through the corridor or opens another door."

"The location and the staff are incredible. They are kind sweet and very helpful."

"“Rooms Jelena” was SUPER CLEAN and comfy. Stuff was pleasant and helpful. Room has everything that is needed (cups, plates, cutlery etc.), drinking (bottled) water, considering that water in Zrenjanin isn’t drinkable."
