"The breakfast was decent and there are always options to choose from everyday. IN terms of location, Ikaze is close to the airport and not to far from the city center and other exciting locations in Kigali."

"We stayed one night at Ikaze B&B before flying out of the Kigali airport and it suited our needs perfectly. Our room was air conditioned with a comfortable king-sized bed, a combination that can be tough to find on a budget. We got dinner on site as the easiest option for 8500 Rwandan francs per person for a substantial and tasty meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and arranged a taxi to the airport for us in the morning - including a stop at an ATM so we could get cash to pay for that dinner. We very much appreciated not needing to walk to get the money! As long as you are ok with not being close to downtown this is a great place to stay!"

"I did gorilla tour and my mom was still at the hotel as she didn’t join the tour. Not only she was safely waiting for me but also was allowed to stay in the room. I really appreciate it."

"Nena House was a true gem. Hidden away, off the beaten path in western Rwanda, this beautiful property was a surprise and delight for my husband and I. Our hostess was wonderful and accommodating, the food was delicious and local, and the room/cottage was clean and spacious. But the real aspect of this location that won us over was that just outside the accommodations was a tiny tavern where locals came to drink, enjoy and rest after a days long work. It was a great way to connect with local residents, get to know a little bit about their lives and enjoy a frosty beer. Early in the evening, music was played and everyone had a wonderful time. The bartender was warm and welcoming and the hostess explained that the tavern was her original family home, now converted. The best part was that long before bedtime approached, the party ended and the quiet landscape became a wonderful oasis. I adored this place and found it so charming."

"Breakfast was delicious, filling and the service was absolutely top. Amazing views and rooms, amazing staff. I did a hike with them and they organised transport to Volcanoes. The highlight was dinner (not included in price but worth every cent). I am still dreaming of the fish. Everyone must visit!"
