The customer service was excellent as well -- thank you especially to Abdullah at check in, it was a breeze and I felt very welcome from the moment I walked in. The hotel is very close to a delicious Indian restaurant (Sidra) and many other varieties of delicious and affordable food and amenities all around the area within walking distance. I highly recommend Ghaimah for a true feel for the Jeddah center and Jeddawi hospitality-- thank you so much!"

"The hotel has a really good location, close to everything I need. I arrived around 1 in the morning, and they were still open and waiting for me, which I really appreciated after a long trip. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone was super nice even that late at night. The room is clean, nicely arranged, and looks just like the pictures on Booking.com. You can tell they take care of the place. The staff and management are friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. It’s been a comfortable and pleasant stay, and it’s definitely a great place for families. So far, I’m really enjoying my time here and feel very well taken care of."
