"It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Manager and staff were so attentive to our needs and inquiries that they felt like family. The full kitchen and laundry machine suited us perfectly. Upon leaving, we discussed returning to Honiara and rebooking at this property as we were that comfortable."

"It’s a bit out of Honiara city, but actually what you wanna do there, there is a bulk shop closeby and some nice restaurants"
"Apartment was clean and s spacious, had everything needed to cook your meal or do washing. I think you need to pay for WiFi, but I don’t recall if I did, but it works fine."
"The owner doesn’t interact with you other than by messages even though they live above you, they send another person that doesn’t speak English well and who needs to go back to the owner with every query anyway. They haven’t advised anything to do or eat or anything at all. The area outside is horrible just like the whole Honiara, plastic bottles everywhere, one Chinese place to eat and some local shops where people stare at you if you’re white."

"Completely wonderful stay! My wife and me were on our honeymoon, to see the last remaining Oceania countries, therefore we found this great place. Totally local experience, a very calm area, lively hosts and a spacious apartment. Definitely worth it, and enjoyed the stay. 10/10 absolutely earned! Thanks a lot!"

"Our hosts were incredibly accommodating from airport pick up to drop off. Our 6 day stay was met with constant support from the hosts, which gave us that peace of mind when needing assistance with anything. They even offered to drive us to the closest ATM, the Telekom outlet to buy a SIM, and even to the market on our first day in Honiara. If you’re thinking of hiring a car, no problem! They have a RAV4 that they hire out to their guests for $500 (Solomon $$) per day, which is a reasonable price, considering bond/insurance fees you normally pay from car rental outlets. We would definitely recommend staying at Lonely Hill Apartments. We would definitely go back and stay there. Great value for money, although a 10min drive from the town centre, it’s still a great location, being that it’s closest to the International Airport. 10\10 for sure!"

"The apartment is newly built with modern interior and everything was provided from free wifi to cooking spices, meal condiments and breakfast coffee, cereal cookies, etc. They provided lots of spare towels and also provided toileteries and washing powder. Debbie, the property owner and manager was very polite and helpful very professional."
